BY TAKING COMMISSION FROM ME YOU ARE AGREE TO THESE POINTS
You MUST be an ADULT (18 years old or older, or legally in your country).
The payment method you use MUST BELONG TO YOU (not friend, spouse, parents, etc.)
Any fraud attempts will reported to authority / laws and posted publicly on my social media as a warning to art community (will disclosed your digital identity - username / site). I will also add your information to my blacklist which I share to my artist circle to protect other artists from same situation.
Policy
Check your mail / social media / chat (the one that you used to contact me) at least once a day. I might send you a questions regarding your commission, which might hinder the progress.
All payments are made full upfront via Paypal invoice. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING TO THE NOTE. I will confirm via chat / mail / social media.
The payment is non-refundable in case the client cancels the work-in-progress.
Any forms reproduction of the commission works is prohibited unless specified before the payment is delivered.
Rights / Permission
The Commissioner will be held fully responsible to get any permissions for any character, logo, trademark, or any other attributes given to the artist as material for commission.
Usage / copyright
By default, the commission works is strictly for personal use.
The commission artwork or any assets created during the development is copyrighted by me, which means you can NOT use or later it without my permission.
Monetizing the commission work such as trade, printing, made it into merchandise is prohibited, unless specified in the agreement.
Terms of Service (2/3)
Process
Commissioner notify me—the Artist about taking commission slot.
Artist and Commissioner discuss the overview detail of commissioner piece (contents and additional perks)
I (Artist) will decided if I accept or decline the project.
If I agree, the Commissioner can start sending all necessary information (images, description, moodboard, and/or ideas) for the project.
I will create rough sketches and sent it to the Commissioner. (2 revisions max.)
After both parties agree then I (Artist) will send the invoice to the Commissioner
The Client (Commissioner) will fulfill the invoice.
After the payment is confirmed, the Artist will add the Client to the queue and start working on the piece.
When the project is finished, the Artist will sent a link to high res version of the commission work.
The creation process will follow this workflow:
Rough (2*) > LineArt (1°) > Color (1°) > Render
limit of revision -- please pay attention
The number inside bracket "(#)" above shows max revisions available during certain process. Due to limited revisions and save time please be through and give me as much details as possible (example image might help) .* indicate major revision : you can change anything.
° indicate minor revision : you can make minor adjustment such as twisting / bending / moving limbs (not changing the whole gesture), add or remove small details, and fixing colors.In case you really want to add more revision during any of the process, there will be additional fee which due before I sent the final artwork.
Terms of Service (3/3)
The Works
As Commissioner, you will get a high-res (3500px x #### px) png file.
You can post your high-res file on your social media, gallery, as long you credit me as the artist.
I will post a low-res, watermarked image of the final version for advertisement.
I might post WIP progress (low res / watermarked) for publicity purposes.
cancelation
Unless the cancellation originated from me, then there won't be a refund if the payment has been paid.All commission assets (pose, composition, concept, idea) created or shared for the artwork up to the point of cancellation is belongs to me and I can use it for my future project.If after cancelation the Commissioner want to commission the same thing it will count as a new commission, so you need to pay the full price. blacklist
I reserve the right to ban / blacklist certain individual who I deemed untrustworthy, rude, bad standing from my own experience or others.Be aware that I share my blacklist to my closest artist circle, which might contain some of your personal information.You will get banned from my service from :
